At the Universidad Mayor de Chile, NASA Harvest University of Maryland Hub member Dr. Belen Franch will teach an intensive course for the university's official remote sensing Masters program from Nov 5th through the 17th, totaling 44 hours of teaching. The course is titled "Biophysical modeling".
Dr. Franch will also give a presentation to the general public of the Universidad Mayor called "Ultimos avances de la percepcion remota y sus aplicaciones" translated as "Latest advances in remote sensing and its applications".
