Catherine Champagne

AgroClimate Scientist, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada

How I work with Harvest

Dr. Champagne's work has focused on improving both earth observation methods and integration of earth observation data sets into models to help improve water resources monitoring (soil moisture, evapotranspiration, groundwater), drought estimation, crop yield monitoring, crop type and condition monitoring. Through Harvest, Catherine hopes to work with others in improving these techniques and applying them nationally and globally to support decision making in agricultural policy and food security.
