Dr. Izaurralde focuses on agricultural modeling, and serves as liaison between Harvest and AgMIP programs.
Biography
Dr. R. César Izaurralde is Research Professor with the Department of Geographical Sciences at the University of Maryland and Texas AgriLife Research, Texas A&M University. Dr. Izaurralde is a soil scientist with expertise in agronomy, soil science, and terrestrial ecosystem modeling. His research interests related to Harvest include biogeochemical cycles and sustainability of food and bioenergy systems.
