NASA Harvest at AGU 2024

NASA Harvest and our sister consortium, NASA Acres, have teamed up to jointly convene a session at the 2024 AGU Fall Meeting in Washington D.C. Our session will showcase how Earth observations are revolutionizing agriculture and food security across the globe. We look forward to creating a space where conference attendees can learn about new findings, methods, datasets, and challenges in the field of remote sensing for agriculture!

The NASA Harvest/NASA Acres joint session “Satellite Solutions: Advancing Agriculture Monitoring Through Remote Sensing” includes a poster session on Monday, December 9 in Poster Hall B-C from 13:40 - 17:30.

We also host three oral sessions on Tuesday, December 10 in Salon H. The first oral session is from 8:30 - 10:00 and focuses on US agriculture, the second will focus on international agriculture and runs from 10:20 - 11:50, and our final oral session is from 14:10 - 15:40 with a focus on emerging technologies in agricultural monitoring.

Below we’ve gathered NASA Harvest and food security-affiliated presentations of interest, including those taking place during a variety of different sessions throughout the week.

We look forward to seeing you at AGU 2024!
